"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key. "The view from this property is amazing! Make sure to eat breakfast at the outdoor buffet. Pedestrian path to Sky Ranch amusement park. Walking distance to Mushroom Burger and McDonald's. Hotel provides water filling stations for guests. They dispense hot, cold and room temperature water for free. Pitchers are provided in every guest rooms. The only negative I can say, and its not the fault of the hotel, is that ride sharing services do not operate around Taal Lake. You have to use local transportation like jeepneys, tricycles or tour vans. The latter of which can get quite expensive."

"The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. Breakfast was really good. I just wish it already came as a full meal instead of adding rice separately. Room delivery is 20 pesos, which is pretty reasonable if you prefer eating in your room since the lobby dining area isn’t the best. There’s also a 50 peso fee if you want to use the microwave for outside food. The staff are very nice and helpful, which made the stay even better."
