Hotels near Al Mamzar Beach

"This was our fourth stay with Centara Mirage Dubai and we loved it. However, it was an extremely busy time and we found the service to be a little slower and not as good as previous years, especially at breakfast. I asked for milk and it did not arrive, plates not cleared on time etc. There also does not seem to be a reward system for returning guests which is a shame. We loved the hotel, amenities are amazing especially the pools. "

"Some members of the staff sounded unprofessional over the phone; their tone came across as mocking at times. However, there was a wonderful Egyptian gentleman who was very kind and helpful, and his assistance was greatly appreciated. I would suggest that the hotel consider offering a better deal or special rate for guests who stay for an extended period, especially during challenging times like these. Overall, the stay was alright. Thank you all."
