"had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had here. I had a confirmed reservation made weeks in advance, and when I arrived, I was told my room had already been given to someone else. The staff tried to justify it by saying I should have arrived earlier, which makes absolutely no sense — a reservation means the room should be held for the guest who booked and paid, regardless of arrival time. Instead of honoring my booking, they offered to move me to a “partner” hotel owned by the same...
