"The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport...this is very handy for first time - and even frequent - travellers to Dubai. It saves time, the hassle of tring to get data to order a ride-share or find a taxi. I also liked the helpfulness of the staff and readiness to accommodate reasonable requests.
I also liked having the water supplied in glass bottles, the promptness of room service.
A real nice gesture was leaving a new white room slippers when the cleaner noted the old ones I was using. I didn't find one supplied on arrival so this was nice :)

"The room was fantastic. Very large and had everything I needed. The reception downstairs was very spacious with a chilled out vibe and a pool table. They have a free airport shuttle too. There is a metro station about 5 min walk from the hotel (although Google maps will say it’s about 20mins). Only had a 1 night booking but had a flight very early in the morning. Wished I stayed here for longer."
