These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. "The view from this hotel was unreal. The hotel was also nice enough to upgrade us to an ocean view room. The breakfast was unbelievably good. My husband also loved their massage. Oussama and Fatema went out of their way to help us plan for our day or make our stay memorable. However, the prices for food and taxis were inflated compared to what you would get outside. For example, the taxi price to Medina or the rail station was 100 dirham through the hotel. However, when we returned to the hotel from the medina, the taxi driver quoted 50 Dirham and settled for 30. The lunch and dinner prices were also around 50% less in nearby hotels or restaurants. "
