"I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

"Our family trip to the Pyramids of Giza was unforgettable, and choosing this hotel made it even more special. The breathtaking view of the pyramids was absolutely incredible! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We truly loved every moment here and will definitely be coming back.
