The room itself was lovely but there were a lot of people loitering and catcalling around the rooms. The shower made a pretty awful screaming sound too! Overall a nice stay but a bit of a sketchy location

It wasn't bad. But the toilet didn't want to flush and the bathroom door handle was way loose.

First three rooms they gave me had people already checked in, the last room they gave me didn’t have a TV and the heat was stuck on 65 degrees, I was tired from an already 9hr drive so I just stayed in that room.

We arrived around 930pm and the lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms. Housekeeping is cleaning rooms for people and their 3pm check ins. Apparently it’s been hours per the other people in the lobby.

Our first room was filthy. Luckily they had another room and it was much better. The front desk staff was great but they need a better cleaning crew.

I didnt like anything. The beds were old. The pillows were older. Bed bugs and pubic hairs on the dirty bed. I couldnt even go to bed after a Halloween party. Had to drive 40 miles home. Strongly advise to not stay at this property. I stay at Red Roof in Belden Village all the time and its clean and no bed bugs. Waiting on my refund. Calling health department.

I arrived at 8:30 for a 3:00 check-in, and I was told that it would be a 45-minute wait. Two hours later, I got a room. One bed was stained, the other had a dead bug in it. It took another 30 minutes to get a new room.

Our initial room had no heat. We were not informed at check-in we would need to re-activate our room key daily. There were several dogs staying there and there was dog feces on the steps. Lots of needed repairs and upkeep

Too cheap-get what you pay for.

Booked this 1 month ahead and when I got there no first floor room was available two rooms were shown to me with only one bed (booked double) one worse then the other on the third room dirty bathroom and no covers on the beds smell of marijuana was outside of room and inside. She said she would switch me out when a clean first floor room with two beds became available… never did it. 3 days no housecleaning or trash pick up stayed outside the door.

Worth the money? Probably not.

Only one person working check-in on probably the busiest day of the year (Solar Eclipse). Room wasnt ready after we checked in. Over an hour after check-in before we got in the room. Smelled like dog. The bed was probably last replaced when Clinton was president.

Homeless people living in the stairways and parking lot, dirty conditions and the entire place is in serious need of a renovation. On the bright side though its cheap and if you're looking to buy drugs you shouldnt have any problem there
