"Wonderful suite with microwave, stovetop, full size refrigerator, king sized bed and comfortable sofa. Only stayed one night but could definitely have been comfortable for a longer stay. Nice options for breakfast and friendly staff."

"The sheets and pillow cases didn't seem to have been washed, there were black mascara marks on them. There was hair on bathroom floor. The lotion, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty on our 2nd morning."

"My only complaint is that the bartender and waitress seemed to be quite distracted by their own personal conversations. It was very noticeable. Attentiveness to diners was horrible. I sat at the bar 5 minutes while the bartender conversed with friends and co workers, prior to even being acknowledged. At one point I thought she was inebriated. They were talking well enough to be heard. I was shocked. The breakfast and check in staff were attentive, helpful and excellent overall."

"It was terribly dirty. And they charge a linen fee. And you're not allowed to ask questions, or you get kicked out. The worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Was promised a refund for 2 of my 3 days. And it's been two weeks and haven't gotten nothing. "
