"Very happy with the service. Hotel tile shower was very nice and modern , although I prefer a bath. Breakfast was very good. My husband didn't care for the pre-made waffles, as he prefers fresh ones. Pool and hot tub were down, but we were given the option of canceling our reservation on check-in. Overall suite was very well appointed with desk, pull out couch, stainless steel full size fridge and dishwasher. Bed was comfortable. Service was perfect. "

"Overall, the property was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected."

"Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels."

"Rooms were filthy with stains all over the walls and rugs with black mold everywhere (on lamp shades and curtains above the AC unit). The first room we were provided actually had erotic toys left behind from a previous occupant. The second room smelled of smoke with burn holes in the sheets and a terrible odor in the room. VERY unhealthy living conditions, with trash left in the hallways, etc."

"Excellent Hotel! VERY clean & super friendly staff!! Nice spacious room with a refrigerator & a microwave too! There's a Starbucks next door as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! You won't be disappointed!!"

"The holes in the wall were stuffed with toilet paper the elevator didn't even work to the third floor and they said the doors to the each floor was locked and were even locked to be safe"
