Rooms are beautifully styled with natural light, sheer curtains and nice lighting. Bed was a bit hard, duvet was a bit hot, and the pillows were a bit squishy, but overall a nice place to stay.

Spacious room, nice and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast with quiet and peaceful environment but just 10+ mins walk to town center. That's a good choice under heat wave as the hotel provided air conditioning and lifts.

We did not know that you could absolutely not get your room cleaned unless you stay a week. We were there three nights and all of our trash cans were overflowing. We had to get clean towels by switching out our dirty ones at the reception. Also there was no soap in the room. Every day we had to ask for a tiny bar of soap that was good for one shower. Pillows were bad. We bought our own pillows in town. Location was good. Short walk to the main area of town.

I was pleased with the well-equipped kitchen and other facilities. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I understood that the sheets would be changed every five days and the room would not be cleaned, but I was not informed that I would have to request towel changes. I was also unsure about how to dispose of garbage.

The hotel was ok for the price considering all other hotels were very pricey. Good enough for 1 night. The parking garage was full we had to park in the street. The staff was nice enough but not helpful to suggest things in the area or solutions to the parking. If you are just passing through Aix like we were then it’s good enough.

The places bad if you drive in, do not explain rules, may be they can not speak English well enough explain. However they charged me of city tax when I was check in and when we about check out they try charge me again. They change the room and did not recorded on there record.

A lovely apartment hotel, very clean and modern. Small kitchenette. Within 10 minutes walking distance to the old part of Aix-en-Provence. Would happily stay here again.

The location is very good. Parking in Aix en Provence is confusing and the desk staff was so helpful to this confused tourist. Very good breakfast buffet - well worth the 16 euro cost.
