The property is nice, the pool is new and beautiful and the staff was friendly as well as supportive. The accommodation itself is in a bad shape, our apartment was dirty and it provided a bad vibe due to the disregard of aesthetic and cleanness.

This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. In the end we really appreciated the value of this stay and the quiet location where it was. The room was everything we needed for our weekend adventure, somewhere to relax and unwind after being out all day and with all the ameneties needed to be comfortable. I forgot my toiletry bag and realised when we were travelling back to Germany, but the staff were incredibly helpful in shipping it back to me! And although it was not valuable this saved me so much stress, I really appreciate everything they did!

As I entered the apartment I immediately noticed a strong chlorine smell. Later I realized that it was used to cover a horrible smell coming from the bathroom sink which spread into the whole room. I decided to leave the day after. I acknowledge how nice and courteous the attendants at this place were. But I was miserable that night and I couldn’t sleep. I hope they’ll refund my money.

I had a lovely time at Garden & City hotel. I bought the breakfast meal each morning and had croissants and coffee. They had other items too. The staff was nice and spoke some English too.

An absolute no go!! horrible experience!! this accommodation seems to be a workers' residence, not a tourist place. We had 2 nights of nightmare, with a drunk/very high individual in the room nearby shouting, crying, smashing furniture...with the security and the management doing nothing about it!! avoid at all costs!!

Le portail et la porte d'entrée du bâtiment sont hors d'usage donc non sécurisés. Les logements commencent a fatiguer (usure moquette, mur...) , la douche est petite. Sinon, l'environnement reste exceptionnellement calme.

Pas adapté pour les familles avec petits enfants

Venus pour un weekend en famille avec notre fille de 2 ans, studio pas adapté pour des enfants en bas âge. Salle de bain petite et douche minuscule. Petite piscine , vite remplie si une dizaine de personnes décident d'y aller au même temps. Ouvrez bien la fenêtre si vous voulez cuisiner dedans , la hotte n'est pas trop puissante... Isolation limitée, dernière nuit nous avons entendu toute une dispute d'un jeune couple à l'autre bout du couloir, léger sentiment d'insécurité sur le coup, car 0 vigile, réception ouverte que la journée, que un numéro d'urgence pour les "vraies urgences" selon le document collé sur la porte. Bref, nous ne recommandons pas si vous cherchez un appart hôtel digne de ce nom, avec un vrai confort, par contre si vous cherchez que le prix...faudra faire avec.

Pas d’eau chaude et visiblement c’était un problème pour tout l’hôtel. On nous a même pas prévenu à notre arrivée alors que nous étions avec notre fille de deux ans. Sachant que j’ai appelé le matin pour avoir une arrivée plus tôt qui m’a été facturé je trouve ça non professionnel de ne pas le préciser en amont !

Honteux et lamentable

J’arrive dans cet établissement et je découvre que la chambre n’a pas été faite! Draps, serviettes et autres ordures de la personne avant moi étaient encore là! J’appelle leur sois disant numéro d’urgence et aucune réponse! Le lendemain on me dit qu’on va me rembourser, qu’ils appelleraient eux même hôtels.com pour mon remboursement, cela fait un mois et toujours rien. C’est honteux.
