A well priced budget hotel just outside Aix-en-Provence with easy parking and a few local eateries within walking distance. The number 13 bus runs from outside the hotel directly to Aix centre. It’s €2.40 return. Get off at Bellegarde in town and to get back, the bus stop on rue Napoléon near the Cezanne statue will get you back to the hotel. The rooms are ´cosy’ but quiet and comfortable, but, as is so often the case, the sink plug didn’t work. Our room, 31, also had issues with the door deadlock.

Due to fires and airport shutdown in Marseille I was an unplanned visitor to Aix de Provence. Upon checking in , I was told The hotel was sold out but the receptionist did some digging and gratefully figured out a room that had come available unexpectedly. Staff was very pleasant, room was good, shower was nice and hot and I enjoyed breakfast there!! A good Italian place is a short walk away too!!

We got to the room. There was airflow but no A\C. We got to talk to on of the employees by the microphone at the entrance who told us to shut it down and start to restart it 30 Minutes later (which obviously did nothing to fix the situation). There were also ants in the room. To be clear, we asked to be changed rooms, but the guy told us to restart the A\C. It was 37 degrees celcius outside.

Very comfy. poor location. 2 hotel w/ name B&B...

I arrived in town late. Took the bus to the B&B to find out after the bus stopped that there is 2 B&B in town. HAd to walk 4 km to the proper one. Arrived a little before midnigth. Had to be at Gare Routiere by 10. No Bus on sunday until 10:05. Had to walk another 3.5 km to first but. Arrived late. BEST bed i had in a long time. Arriving is all computer. Had no code to open door. the guy on intercom was semi-helpfull. The 2 ladies in morning were super nice. (front desk & breakfast) So all in all if you have a car. very comfortable bed & pillows. If you are with public transportation. Find a better location. I would go again if not pressed by time.

L'ascensore era in panne, per fortuna ero al primo piano. Per colazione ho dovuto aspettare che rifornissero, perché un bus turistico aveva spazzolato via tutto, peggio delle cavallette. Per il resto camera nello standard e buon riposo. Zona tranquilla in viale chiuso con parcheggio chiuso con cancello.

La chambre était propre Le petit-déjeuner désastreux Plus d'assiettes donc nous avons reçu des assiettes en plastique! 1 seule fourchette disponible Le bac pour les croissants étaient vides et le plat pour le lard aussi Il fallait chaque fois demander à la dame de l'accueil de faire le nécessaire! Elle discutait avec sa copine à l'accueil au lieu de vérifier le petit-déjeuner Les tables n'étaient pas nettoyées A 11€ par personne nous aurions dû le prendre ailleur Déjà à 8h30 du matin la poubelle à l'entrée de l'hôtel débordait de déchets ! Un désastre!
