"We absolutely loved our stay at Craig Park. It was such a welcoming place with very kind and genuine hosts. The breakfast spread was delicious! Our room was super cozy and prepared with generous attention to detail. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway :)"

"Such a great hotel. Staff were super friendly. Gym and room were great. Meals were good too. Breakfast was a little bit chaotic but loads people turned up at once and one staff member was running round so quickly, trying to do everything, but she did appear to be on her own. So fair play to her. "

"Hotel nice, food good, service very good. Ask for quiet room which they said it was fire door was loud needs adjusting bangs everytime someone walks through it. Someone had switched fan off in bathroom explains damp smell in room, turned it back on. "

"A very fine hotel with excellent staff. We specifically want to give shout outs to Sandra, the Graduate Manager who checked us in and made us feel most welcome, the housekeeping team who acted with pit crew like speed and precision when they changed our bedding 10 mins before the end of their shift after we forgot to request no feather pillows/duvets due to allergies, and Annie & Helen in the F&B team who were just amazing throughout our stay. Would return."

"Had two nights here. The room was basic and some things didn’t work (electric heater/cooler). Our room was above the area that people were smoking outside so every night there was the smell of cigarette smoke coming in the room. Window would not shut properly so this couldn’t be stopped. A few cosmetic issues in the room but certainly nothing to worry about. Staff was very friendly and approachable and happy to help. "Fantastic central hotel with a lovely vibe. The rooms are quite small but well appointed. Outstanding breakfast with loads of variety. The bar and lobby are brilliantly set up with everything from work stations to recreational areas, plus there's a gym. The staff are super friendly and overall it made for a lovely stay. "

"Very conveniently located for the city centre and shopping. Nice staff, good facilities. The apartment was modern, well equipped kitchen and bathroom - perfect for us 3 guests. However on arrival there were only 2 tea bags for 3 people! It was a bit annoying having to keep asking for coffee pods. We bought our own tea bags in the end. "
