"Lovely hotel , friendly staff great food ."

"Had a great stay here. Was greeted at reception by a friendly member of staff who helped me with my luggage and showed me to my room. My room was clean and tidy and contained everything I required during my stay. I'd be happy to stay here again when I next visit the area on future trips."

"Location very good for me, room clean and quiet. Was everything I needed for visit to conference held at the docks."

"Clean, comfortable and in a great location for Anfield"

"Location is excellent, room was very clean and tidy with good views of the river and Pier Head. Staff were very helpful although I am still waiting for a breakdown and receipt for my spending as promised. Bar was excellent and breakfast was very good."

"Could use new carpet or better yet hardwood or manufactured flooring, the place itself remind me of apartments in nyc, tall ceilings and windows, no AC, had to open windows to cool but it did cool the place well in October, I’m just not a carpet person when it comes to rental property. The place itself was relatively clean."

"Excellent value for money"

"great stay for a liverpool game! staff was very helpful! just make sure to not bring a big suitcase if you’re staying on the top floor because there’s no lift"

"Great hotel , everything you need , and brilliant location , breakfast was good plenty to choose from to suit everyone"
