Good quality hotel 30 minute walk from central foi
Comfortable spacious room. Just about walking distance from centre of foix. There is a local bus service but it doesn't go into the evenings

The Chaumiere is really the only good hotel in this area, decor feels a little set in the 1990's, but facilities are great and the set menu at the restaurant is a real treat. It has a nice casual feel and a very attentive owner/manager

The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness.
