"Schöne Aussicht und nettes Personal. Das Chalet und die Einrichtung war schon etwas älter. Aber es war sauber und alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Nur in der Küche fehlt ein Backofen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall die Zimmer mit einem Balkon. Geschäfte sind etwas weiter entfernt und wer nach Evian in Zentrum laufen möchte sollte gut zu Fuss sein, weil die Unterkunft schon etwas am Hang liegt."

"It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "The property was well located, very modern and in good condition. We had a room with views to the lake. The reception staff were very attentive and very willing to help. A great breakfast was available. The hotel also has laundry facilities. If you have a car book ahead for parking. The only negative was the lack of power points which made it difficult to charge accessories or use a hair dryer. Would stay again."

"The hotel is situated in an excellent location with very good reliable transport links. The staff at de la Rouvenaz were friendly and always accommodating. The rooms were kept to a high cleanliness standard. The attached restaurant offered a good selection on the menu which was very tasty. The next time I come to visit Geneva I will not hesitate to stay here again. "
