Good location
"Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day"

Weeds, Not Water
"Be aware: the listing shows only the units on the water. What you may actually be booking has no water around it. When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, ..."

"It was a great experience! Everyone was extremely friendly and went above and beyond for us. We rented bikes to get around and that was great! I only wish we came in nicer weather so we could take advantage of all the services offered!"
