"Well it started with the owner putting us in the wrong room. I paid for the larger room on line and the owner told me all the rooms are the same. As it turns out they are not. As for the we speak English as stated, it is broken English. There are many words they do not understand or speak in English. Breakfast is week at best. "Check-in process was painless and the staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the linens were cozy. We enjoyed having the large balcony as well. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, even vegan options. The location was great, there is a nice park nextdoor and property is close to tram stop, providing quick access to Altstadt and Hauptbahnhof in a matter of minutes. It was a great value and an enjoyable stay, would recommend!"
