Cleanliness, food, pools and most important the staff. Always attentive, eager to help, smiling and look like they enjoy themselves while Mali g you very welcome. The dining room and specially crew were great. The pool crew did an excellent job. Room was clean by wonderful attentive personnel.

Overall the hotel was brilliant. Friendly staff, food, rooms, pools. I think I am being really picky by saying there was a small amount of mould between the tiles in the bathrooms. I will be returning to this hotel though!!!!

No room service management and staff do not respond to emails or phone, not much attention to detail. Definitely avoid if you are trying to relax or have a romantic time or if you expect attention to detail

Total relaxation, great service
Absolutely relaxing from the moment of arrival until departure. We arrived an hour before checking and we’re graciously quickly checked in. Rooms are modern, clean and efficient. The food is very good quality and there is regular variety. The pools are pristine, and the pool bar is great. The beach itself is touch and go, so many stick to the pools. Really nothing bad to say about this hotel and their staff - it is an absolutely marvelous experience.

Disappointing Stay
Some of the facilities are closed by using COVID-19 as an excuse. For instance, after hour meal service would have been open pretty easily. Also, no snacks provided in bars. In general, the Rooms are pretty basic. No electric kettle or coffee making facilities. I doubt that rooms are in 5 start rating. The food is also average. Spread is quite poor and taste is also questionable. Pool is good also the pool bar is amazing.

As it was new it was very clean, it looks very big but once you were there for a while you got used to the space. Separate seating for dining if you wanted to eat in Air con or outside.

The property is only 3 years old so all is working well, the staff are GREAT. I was at first a little worried about the quality of the food being all inclusive but is was great. An excellent range of food that was different daily. They have there own pastry kitchen - dessert were great, really everything out of that part of the kitchen was exceptional.

Overall a great experience. Friendly and welcoming staff. They have 3 or 4 swimming pools, with a kids pool with slides and stuff as well. The buffet had lots and lots of items and was really amazing, (befitting the rate they charge). Although they don't keep any fresh juices even in breakfast. (They should be there for the amount they charge in my opinion). They do serve beers and basic wines inclusive. The pool and beach bars make cocktails and other drinks which tasted like concentrated syrup. We tried a lot of different drinks and all of them were probably the worst drinks I've ever tasted. Rooms and facilities are great. No sauna or steambath and all that I think. Service by staff is very good. Pool is open till 8pm which was great for swimming after sunset. They have shades and umbrellas by the poolside beds, we needed them because it was raining but unfortunately they're perforated and only for sunshine, rain just falls through them. Overall I think it could be better for the price they charge.

Very poor food options for vegans or jains. Don't have indian chef or skills. Very poor floor lobbies. Average ambience. Overall we felt being robbed for the steep prices charged. All Inclusive food n drinks had pathetic choices. Moctails served were also premixed. Which happens nowhere in any restaurants. The restaurants n liquors served are below hotel standard of 3 star. Overall I would grade 3 out of 10. I request a 50% refund for my money. Hopeless.kitechen n bar counter

The staff were all so genuinely friendly and extremely attentive. Your wine glass wouldn’t be empty for more than a second! The resort atmosphere really made all the difference. Fabulous resort.

What I like was the staff was excellent with the work. Dislike was That one of the pools should open early so people can swim in the morning and the gym had no free weights also it should open at 6am not 7

The pool was not kept clean and the mix for the daiquiris was rancid. unable to drink it because it was so horrible. the drinks at the bar over all were not good either and bar cleanliness needed to be improved.
