Solución a los problemas de las olores

La estancia hubiera sido perfecta , si el apartamento no hubiera olido a poza, puse una queja para que me cambiaran de apartamento , pero no habían libres, y me dieron un ambientador. A sí que me pase todas las vacaciones con las ventanas abiertas y con él ambientador. Es una lástima que no pongan solución a esto, porque por lo demás no tengo ninguna queja

Basic, but comfortable apartment

The apartments are located in more of a residential area and are remote from the town of Aguilas itself. There is a regular shuttle service. The complex looks well maintained, it has a nice big pool area but here and there has broken tiles and looks a bit shabby. The apartment was basic but very comfortable and suited our requirements. It had the basic kitchen bits and pieces. Seemed good value for money.

C'est l'hiver et l'airco ou pompe à chaleur n'a jamais fonctionné.Les ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas adéquats pour une taque vitrocérame ( poèle à frire complètement bombée!). 2 Fauteuils sur la terrasse étaient inutilisables (défoncés). A part cela , tout baigne !, mais je n'y reviendra sûrement plus.

Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Lovely pool area. Easy access to local Eroski and Aldi for shopping. Blue flag beaches just a short drive away. Aguilas has plenty of restaurants and bars (but not Benidorm style).

Nice apartment. Horrible party at night

The apartments are great, very clean. Good parking at just €3/night. But the onsite restaurant arranged for a party in the evening. Blasting music, load people, clapping, singing, etc. When complaining at the reception asking what this was, a hotel or disco". The response was: "We know, but it is not the hotel but the restaurant who has the party." Before making a booking, ask if there is a birthday or communion party. If the party was not their we would score all "excellent".
