"We booked for the family to experience the desert and a camel ride. The booking team arranged transport and camels for us. The overall service was excellent, Mohammed was very attentive and accomodating. The tent whilst 'hot'! Was very comfortable. The only issue was we unfortunately we had trouble with the shower and toilet. However, arrangements were made during the stay and the booking team were responsive and took remdeial action. What more can you ask for!"

"This property looked amazing online, but was disappointing in person. It’s very basic. But the main issue was that there were no instructions on the resort at all so we had no idea how to find the facilities that were available. It’s a very big place and we were just there for one night. I contacted the owner and she just kept telling me there were pools and a restaurant but did not answer my request for a map.
