"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. "We spent a week at Miros, and it truly is a little gem—quiet, peaceful, and beautifully tucked away. Despite its serene setting, it is centrally located within walking distance of the Basilica of Bom Jesus.
The food at the hotel is excellent, but what really sets Miros apart is the staff: they are exceptionally professional, discreet yet always present, and unfailingly warm and gracious. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

"A lovely family run guesthouse close to GOI airport. I had a premium room which was spacious, clean and had balconies to the front and back of the room. A short walk down to the beach where there are a number of restaurants to eat and watch the sunset. Would stay here again for sure"

"The entire facility was just so pleasant and well maintained. The rooms were generous and clean. They were not over the top but very adequate. The staff was outstanding! Always polite, always ready to help and went out of their way to accommodate requests. The food was uniformly good and the breakfast buffet was standout. As a family, we went to Taj Holiday Village and Resort for rest and relaxation and that is what we achieved. "

"Stayed second time on this resort, it's a nice, quite and cozy resort near the beach. Staff is very cooperative and helpful.. ambience is very good and the plus point is that it is also pet friendly.. they have their own cafe and many other food joints near by.. also have shared kitchen in the resort.."
