"Very nice apartment, easy parking, excellent location.We had a room with the mountain and river view it was excellent. We also saw the Northern lights in a dark quiet place behind the hotel. Our stay was just awesome! We had a good experience and would stay there again if we visited again. "

"The staff member at the front desk was very kind on the day we checked in, as well as the day we checked out. There’s no breakfast served during the winter but there is coffee/tea and some biscuits and spreads laid out for travellers which was very nice! We were also able to see the northern lights from the hot tub out back! An amazing bonus! "

"This cottage was off by itself. Gave us a great view of the northern lights our first night there. We were a little surprised that there was no oven but we made do with the stove top and microwave. It was a nice stay and we would stay there again. We did not have any experiences with the restaurant. The troll garden was pretty cool. And the views were outstanding. The staff were very helpful and attentive, we very much appreciated their attention to us as tired travelers on our first night in Iceland.
