This was our favorite place to stay on our two week trip around Greece. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The room was amazing also and the bathroom was very nice. We enjoyed sitting at the beach and enjoyed the restaurants at night and the breakfast was really good too!

Restful, luxe, & comfy!

This is a large resort hotel & we were so relaxed there we deciided to stay another full day to enjoy it. Breakfast buffet was huge & delicious & service was friendly & helpful. Our room was immaculate & modern & spacious, view was incredible. Lovely pool & beach, multiple restaurants & free taxi via BOAT offered.

Overall I would rate the facility 4 stars out of 5. This is my second stay in less than a year and miss the buffet down by the lagoon. However food was good. Couldn’t make a reservation at Il Borso went to the Yacht Club. Not very accommodating and slow to get a drink. We had our appetizers before drinks which took a half hour. I expected more for the money. I’ll look for another place if I ever go back to Crete.

The first day we arrived, we went to the restaurant for lunch. The service was terrible. We waited for over an hour to get our food. Also, I booked two of the same rooms. One room and balcony were much bigger than the other. When I said something to the front desk about it, they just said both rooms were of the same "quality/rank", but that is totally not true. The breakfast could have been better. Omelette service didn't start until 8 although breakfast started earlier. Fruit was not great.

Older rooms, high cost for sept 5 -9th. Not a five or four star resort, 3.5 star at best. Restaurants were overpriced and food was terrible. Beach bar was good. Spa was ok, golf was good. The grounds were well kept. The location was not the best.

Lovely resort in beautiful setting. Nice big room with private pool. Great pool, watersports and kids club. Relaxing and quiet. Excellent service; all staff really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is quite far out from town and the Restaurants on site were rather expensive but we had a car so we explored and ate out in Elounda and Plaka which was lovely and highly recommended. I would say some parts of the hotel are quite dated and decor could do with modernising but this did not affect our enjoyment! My son had fun at the Valencia Soccer academy too.

The room was very nice but the overall location is a little inconvenient. The road outside is very small and there is limited transportation to the surrounding hotel restaurants. The service is good but they charge for everything, even ice. It was a $5 for a bucket of ice. We didn’t eat at any of the hotel restaurants as there are plenty of options around but nothing within walking distance. We will probably choose a different hotel next time

Schönes weitläufiges Hotel und Anlage mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Es ist einfach sehr laut mit vielen Kindern das muss man wissen. Personal sehr herzlich und kundenorientiert.

Albergo su di un mare meraviglioso

Posto bellissimo mare eccezionale albergo molto bello ma purtroppo abbiamo avuto una camera piccola e obsoleta Ristoranti magnifici sia per cibo ma soprattutto per location. Spiaggia ordinata pulita e funzionale Servizio in spiaggia ottimo Servizio alberghiero pessimo Inesistente il servizio di Guest Relation Consierge... chi l’ha visto..?
