"Lovely stay at Utopia, staff welcoming us at reception. Though not around at all during the day till 6pm. However, the maids were available all the time and they gave a daily change of towels every day! We were given an option of 3 rooms, all deluxe we guess, we chose one with a balcony. The room was good, except no TV availability, as not working! Nor was there a toothbrush charging point nearer the sink area. The shower leaked as it needs to be resealed again! The bed was comfy and the air...

"Stayed for 2 weeks, great views from up the steps and hill from the harbour square. We were met at the ferry and taken on a little town tour up to the studios, Livadia is lovely little town with a selection of good tavernas and a stony beach. The studios are comfy and quiet apart from some noisy air conditioning units outside causing some disturbance at night. Typical Greek studios and usual hospitality."

"Our one bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, and Yiannis and Katerina were welcoming hosts. The property's location can't be beat....very near the ferry, gorgeous sea views, steps from restaurants and groceries. We loved that Tilos isn't very touristy and provides wonderful places to explore...and goats! Our time there was so relaxing, and we hope to return some day."

"Fantastische Lage mit großer möblierter Terrasse direkt an der Strandpromenade. Nebenan liegt eine nette Taverne, die auf die Terrasse liefert. Liegestühle mit gemütlichen Polster und Sonnenschirme am Strand sind inklusive und werden nur mit App. im ersten Stock geteilt. Also alles da für einen entspannten Urlaub auf einer tollen Insel. Host Pantelis ist sehr nett und wartete am Haus auf uns; die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hatte aber nicht funktioniert. Im Ergebnis aber kein Problem. "
