"The lady who showed me around: Is the moment. Very Valentina from White Lotus season 2. Her impression of people guzzling alcohol was incredible, and the pirouette she did with room spray was iconic. Her character gives the place character. "Excellent arrival. Immediately allowed to go have breakfast as we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. Was super impressed with their customer service and didn’t take too long for our rooms to be ready. Entertainment staff were great and lots of activities. Expedia app advertised a hot tub but they didn’t have one - that was disappointing, but overall great experience."

"The hotel is wonderful. Staff is super friendly. Only the food could be better. Scrambled eggs, pizza and french frites were not good but they have a big variety of food, so we could always find alternatives. If you travel with kids and they only eat pizza or french frites, well…then you can feed them on dessert or ice cream, because that was amazing :)"
