"Everyone one was so kind and welcoming at the front desk. Great hospitality. For the price they have it for, I found this place spectacular. I would definitely stay here again. We were out and about for the most part enjoying our hikes and festival/show. The shower was super nice and hot. The towels are nice. We stayed in room 4. "The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. "
