"Overall, we had a good stay. The housekeeping personnel were excellentโvery attentive, professional, and did a great job keeping the room clean. The food was also excellent and consistently enjoyable. However, there are some areas where the service could improve. On several different days, we called both room service and the front desk multiple times, and unfortunately, no one answered. This was frustrating, especially when we needed assistance. I also believe some of the staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming. Simple things like responding when a guest says โthank you,โ โgood morning,โ or offers a greeting can make a big difference in the overall experience. The hotel itself has a lot of good qualities, especially the housekeeping and food. With better responsiveness from the front desk and room service, along with a warmer attitude from some staff members, the guest experience could be much better."

"True hotel in every good way. As an American traveling to Georgia \(the country, not the U\.S\. state\), I quickly learned the difference between an apart-hotel and a real, traditional hotelโand it was a hard lesson. Radisson Red Tbilisi meets the standards Iโm used to and expect, which unfortunately canโt be said for most of the โhotelsโ listed for rent in Georgia. The service, comfort, and overall experience were excellent. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit."
