Brand new beautiful hotel. Everything is luxurious. Nice facilities. Great restaurant and food selection. If you need help in English ask hotel guest relations named Mine, she will explain to you everything and help you. Thanks to all staff it was very pleasant stay.

Wir waren im 4. Stock des Sinnada Hotels in Afyon und ich muss ehrlich sagen: Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. ❤️ Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, aber so ein schönes, sauberes und hochwertiges Hotel habe ich bisher selten gesehen. Das Gebäude und die Architektur sind wirklich wunderschön. Man sieht sofort, wie viel Mühe, Liebe und Arbeit in das Hotel gesteckt wurde. Alles wirkt sehr elegant, gepflegt und hochwertig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal im 4. Stock. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden immer herzlich behandelt und man hat sich wirklich um uns gekümmert. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team! Auch die Sauberkeit war einfach top. Unser Zimmer und die gesamten Bereiche des Hotels waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für mich persönlich ist das besonders wichtig und hier gab es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Sinnada Hotel gehört für mich definitiv zu den schönsten Hotels, in denen ich bisher war. Man merkt einfach, dass hier sehr viel Liebe und Herzblut hineingesteckt wurde. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. ❤️

L’hôtel est superbe, le personnel est très sympa. J’ai enlevé une étoile pour la restauration. Oui, tout est compris mais il n’y a pas de diversité et les plats n’ont pas de goût.

Trotz der Tatsache, dass das Hotel noch nicht komplett fertiggestellt war, war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Der Spa-Bereich, das Essen und das immer hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal waren überragend.

Je dois dire que le service était impeccable et je dois remercier Sevcam pour sa serviabilité. Par contre j’ai quelques points d’amélioration: la première c’est la barrière linguistique ils ne parlent que peu d’anglais, deuxième chose c’est les horaires des femmes c’est de 8h à 18h - et parfois il y avait des techniciens hommes qui rentraient sans nous informer, les entretiens étaient à des heures inadéquates. Lors de mon dernier jour je n’ai pas pu profiter du spa à 9h car il y avait des travaux à faire. C’est un ressort en pleine construction, il n’y a pas de spa dédié exclusivement pour hommes, beaucoup d’espace mixtes. Ensuite il n’y a pas d’espace de jeux pour les adultes, la mosquée est en pleine construction. Mais le personnel est d’une aide magnifique. Rien à dire. La nourriture était au top dans le buffet mais dommage qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix pour le poisson ( deux variétés). On a essayé le Restaurant À la Carte malheureusement on n’a pas aimé la nourriture mais peut être car ce n’est pas notre culture culinaire. Mais encore une fois le personnel je vous remercie pleinement pour votre serviabilité et votre disponibilité. Vous avez vraiment assuré. Bravo 👏. Je dois dire aussi que le service SPA c’est un peu cher.
