The hotel definitely is not 4 stars. It is outdated and nothing has been replaced in years. Our shower curtain had mold on it. The TV and fridge barely work. There were only three other guests there when we stayed. The hotel is massive, so this was concerning. The lights on our floor were cut off ...

Staff were friendly and made the food fresh. The breakfast was especially good! The room was large and comfortable. The pool area garden was beautiful and peaceful. It was quite nice to sit out in it and enjoy the amazing mountain view. I would definitely recommend this place.
