"We had a wonderful stay in Erfurt. As a group of 9, we required 3 rooms and Nancy and the rest of the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable by upgrading our rooms. My German isn’t very good (OK, it’s basically non existent), but Nancy was patient with my attempts and happy to explain things in English.
Our visit coincided with the Erfurt Oktoberfest which was just down the road. We had a lot of fun at the festival.

I ended up in the penthouse suite which offered nice views of the town. It was a great suite for everyone to meet and play cards. Lots of chairs so all 9 of us had a seat to play. It was alone on the floor, so it was quiet and I heard no noise (I cannot speak to the rooms on lower floors that the other members of my party had).
The bed was soft and pillows were good. I had a great sleep. Bedroom was equipped with a fan which was definitely appreciated given the got quite warm during the stay.
Bathroom was clean, well equipped, and had heated floors. Absolutely loved the bathroom.
Kitchen was well equipped and we made use of the plates, cutlery, and cups. Did not use the element so I cannot speak to it.
