"We arrived, there was power outage, we try to get help nobody assisted us, we contacted someone and they said there is nothing they can do and didn’t replace the room. We waited 4 hours outside until we had to switch to a different location"

"This was a wonderful property with a gorgeous water view and a large patio to enjoy it from. Located just up the hill from the main town of Pollonia. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The property immaculate - brand new and turn down service daily to restock and fresh towels for bath and beach. Place was equipped with fresh bottled water, coffee/tea and a lovely welcome basket with fresh greek fruit, treats and wine. Until next time Milos!"

"We stayed at this property for two nights. When we arrived, the room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay, which caused us significant inconvenience because we needed it for work. The host promised to fix the issue, but nothing was done. The cleanliness also left something to be desired, including trash bins that had not been emptied.
