"Great hotel!"

"A beautiful hotel within such close distance to the train station, buses and trams. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. I even got some birthday chocolates and some special birthday pancakes with a birthday candle on top. The rooms, bar and breakfast room were lovely. The only downsides, and we’re being picky, were that the hot breakfast selection in the buffet self serve area could’ve been slightly hotter. "Our room was spacious, comfortable and with a view over the harbour and city, especially magical in the evening. Staff were very helpful at all times. Breakfast was superb with a range of delicious, healthy choices. The location is superb, directly opposite the Tourist Visitor centre and easy walking to many places of interest. Loved it!"
