You should seem welcoming smile or friendly hello would be nice. She had an irritated look on her face while she took my information this was not my first stay here and it was the same last time as well. "

"Disappointed, they were under a remodel room by room. We had a reservation for a King and there was not one available. Ended up with a double queen. Room was clean and it was quite. Sheets and towels were clean but well used. Very limited facility for included breakfast. Check back in a year after the remodel is completed."

"Hotel was very clean, breakfast was great. Only issue is the receipt for the bill. I used Expedia to book and pay for the room. The receipt from the front desk shows a different amount and maybe a different card "master?". Now I have to make sure I'm not being double billed."
