If you want to save money this place is ok, but make sure you bring ear plugs as it's very noisy. It's clean and comfortable and located close to everything. If you can afford more money I'd stay somewhere else but but if trying to save it's ok, still over priced for what it is though. Staff were polite and professional.

Very good value accomodation only 250 m from Adelaide Convention Centre. Room was spacious and clean, everything worked, suited me fine. Front entrance and reception area let the impression down.

Even just as a "place to sleep", it didn't fulfil requirements - a lack of double glazing and way too close to nightlife district meant no sleep on a couple of nights.

Location was good for our needs. Property very run down and in need of repairs, compared to photos on booking site. Wasn’t cleaned very well. Weekend staff very incompetent, was pleasant enough but slow and made mistakes.

Poor quality office conversion into hotel space. Noisy Nightclub area of City, not suitable for family accommodation.

Location and noise was the worst.. Right above the alley where people are yelling and screaming overnight on multiple occasions, no soundproofing on the windows and daytime the room is overheated by direct sunlight with minimal blind/curtains avail.. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful..
