The room was very comfortable and clean, with nice inclusions like complimentary snacks and drinks. Check in and out was very easy and staff were super friendly. It's easy to walk to anywhere in the city from here. It was very noisy however on Friday and Saturday night outside throughout the night so luckily we brought earbuds and it didn't impact us too much.

Very close to the Central Market, an easy walk to the city and a nice bar and beer garden downstairs. My go-to for a weekend or weeknighter.

Loved the vibe. Loved the decor. The bedroom was a good size and the hotel provided free drinks and some snacks, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was awesome, beautiful and lovely and large. Although the bedroom was near the buzz of the bar, the noise had stopped by around 10 pm and it didn’t cause any issues.

Spacious, comfortable, clean room, some noise
Spacious, comfortable, clean room, with funky design touches. Airconditioner was loud and needing service so we couldn't leave it on overnight. The room is surprisingly quiet given the location, but be aware that inevitably some noise from the bar and music downstairs will be heard, bring earplugs if this will be a problem. Very handy location for the bus terminal across the road.

The room was just beautiful, just like the photo online. Amenities were great, Staff waited for us to arrive late as our flight did not get into Adelaide until 10:05pm Would highly recommend. We would certainly stay there again!!

Staff so helpful and kind, amazing free goodies, nice pillow assortment, room surprisingly serviced even though only 2 night stay which was so nice as new towels and replenished goodies…a little noisy at times, but not enough to impact sleep. Main issue for me- shower leaky and hard to get consistent temperature

I was really concerned when I saw it was a pub, they have done a wonderful job in renovating the upstairs of a pub.. great spot and great place. I would go back for sure.

The Franklin hotel is such a great spot. Close to cafes, restaurants and the Adelaide markets. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I particularly like the artwork and quirkiness of this boutique hotel.

This place is just fabulous! The little touches where lovely, the cleanliness was superb and the bed was super comfortable! Shower pressure was heavenly and the meals downstairs where tasty, affordable meals. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Will definitely be back!

Really nice room, king bed and massive bath tub in the luxurious bathroom. The room was quiet, the staff really helpful, and the set up all very convenient. A great update of an old school pub hotel, with a nice bar downstairs.

There was so much to like about The Franklin Hotel. Lovely staff, amazing room with a deep bath and a super comfy bed, plus complimentary snacks and drinks, real milk and good tea. Rooms are above a pub though and my Friday night stay was pretty noisy. But the room and service more than made up for it. Friendly and personal. Such a refreshing change from the norm.

We will be back.
This was the first stop of our Adelaide holiday and it did not disappoint. The rooms were so funky and the bathrooms were to die for i could have stayed in that bath all day. The free minibar was a bonus and the pub itself was just so friendly and welcoming. We were close to everything and the choices of places for breakfast was endless.
