"Rooms with pool access, immediately check that gates are accessible. It took staff over two hours to open our gate because they didn’t have the master key available.
Rooms are outdated and have odd odors upon entering the room.
When I called service desk to verify my breakfast add on, I was told not included but yet my reservation said otherwise.
Elevators do not have night access so you have to walk around the property to access gain access through the lobby."
