"We stayed here on a 3 day weekend with a newborn and a toddler it was the most comfortable stay ive ever experienced at a hotel. The king bed was very comfortable and the room itself was spacious and provided everything you might need. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of foods to eat. I personally really liked all the common areas to eat breakfast, do some work or even just to sit & relax at some points the tvs would play the World Cup games so that was nice to sit and watch....

"The property is located to many restaurants and the highways. The staff are very friendly.
Unfortunately, when we checked into are room the bedroom carpet was soaking wet. Considering that it was Friday evening the maintenance man could not be found. So, I place dry towels to absorb the water, Also, every time the AC unit would turn on it made a Loud noise. Like someone was kicking the door. So, in the middle of the night that was not very pleasant."

"When we checked in they told us the pool was closed. We got no notification prior to our arrival.
When we were getting our kids ready for bed we found pills under the couch.
The bathroom was filthy and the shower was not functioning properly.
The staff at the front desk were very nice though they gave us our first night free when I called about the pills and asked no questions the next morning when I told them to cancel the rest of our stay."

"The hallways and elevator in this hotel smell terrible and are unmaintained. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming when I arrived. The staff member that I met and dealt with on my second day was nice, but he was overwhelmed and unorganized. My window seal was rotted out all the way around the window, and a storm hit that caused my room to begin to flood. The room that I was moved to afterwards was not very clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. The TV remote...
