I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at Ghion Hotel.
• Day One: The room assigned to me had no hot water. As usual, I was advised to let the water run for some time. Despite running the bathtub for nearly two hours, no hot water came, and I was forced to bathe in freezing cold water.
• Day Two: I was moved to another room, but the toilet did not flush.
• Later Stay: After returning from a trip, I was given a room where the toilet burst and water flooded the entire room while I was away. I was then moved again to a different room, which also had no hot water and a non-functional toilet.
I am a frequent guest at Ghion Hotel, but in its current condition, I strongly urge Expedia to reconsider listing it on their platform. I also request a full refund for this stay due to the unacceptable conditions and repeated inconveniences.
