Convenient, safe and clean hotel
* Overall hotel was good * Service was good, English speaking staffs and they were helpful. * Water heater was available, hair dryer was available * TV / Cable / Locker were available * WiFi was available in room * Complimentary breakfast options were very minimal and limited only (even continental breakfast was also not like in Europe / US). * No bathtub & bathroom is small

all our rooms are shower with closed box.No bath Tab.We will make the breakfast more ample.

The wifi problem is not from the hotel. There's only one company that provides wifi and telephone service, sometimes slow down happens.

Hotel super, sehr mangelhafter Service
Die Zimmer sind schön, das Hotel ist sicher, das Frühstück ist super und das Internet in Ordnung. Aber der Service stellte sich als furchtbar schlecht heraus: Die wenigen Menschen, die halbwegs Englisch konnten, gaben mir ununterbrochen falsche Informationen. Erwarten Sie hier keinerlei Hilfe - dieses Hotel ist ausschließlich zum Schlafen!

Das Zimmer ist schön und geräumig, das Frühstück gut und das Wlan in Ordnung. Einen negativen Beigeschmack hinterlässt lediglich der schlechte Service: So ziemlich jegliche Information, die ich bekommen habe, war falsch. Ein Beispiel: Eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels sagte mir, ich solle mein Geld auf jeden Fall im Hotel wechseln, da die Bank am Flughafen spät am Abend nicht mehr geöffnet habe; als ich das tun wollte, sagte mir ein anderer Mitarbeiter, dass man im Hotel keinesfalls Geld wechseln könne, dass aber die Bank sicherlich geöffnet habe. Es stellte sich heraus: Es gibt überhaupt keine Bank am Flughafen! (Wichtige Info für alle Reisenden! Wohl der einzige internationale Flughafen auf der Welt, wo es absolut unmöglich ist, die einheimische Währung wieder zu wechseln!) So oder so ähnlich lief es mit jeder Auskunft, die ich bekam.

Best hotel for very fair price
Friendly and trustworthy staff !, Shuttle service was on time. The Hotel manager made us feel very welcome at the airport. The hotel rooms are very clean, equiped with comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Breakfast (Traditional or western) is served from restaurant menu for free. I would recommend c fun addis to anyone visiting addis on vacation or buisness.
