It is located in a great area. We were able to move around different places easily. Transportation was facilitated by the hotel’ crew. Best hotel . I will give 5 stars .

Nice hotel with great location

Breakfast was very good and location of the hotel is great. Staff is helpful and polite, only downside of the hotel is that there is a school just across the street and it is extremely noisy in the morning at school start time, we were woken up by the hundreds of children singing the national anthem in the early morning. The fridge in room didn’t work but when raised this issue to the management, they took quick actions.

Place is clean, staffs are friendly, breakfast is amazing, location is close to everything, price is very acceptable. I will stay in this hotel again.

Happy with my stay

Upon booking i requested a smoke free room away from the lift. I was given the opposite however when pointed it out the room was immediately changed for a quiet, smoke free room. Nice comfortable bed, good shower and bathroom, superb breakfast 👌

Not clean

Very dirty. We left and went to Divan hotel. Staff was friendly and refunded but I can’t recommend the hotel until cleanliness efforts are increased, especially during a pandemic

Amazing Hotel!

Stayed here only one night but it was amazing! On check-in, everyone was so enthusiastic to help. When we were offered turkish coffee as a welcome drink, we didn't realize it would come on a traditional silver platter, with candies and raisins - definitely the best turkish coffee we had during our month-long trip. Room was also great, with good hot water and wifi. For breakfast, this was one of the few places that are still serving buffet style during the lockdown, which was great. 10/10 would recommend!

Memorable stay

We will remember our stay at this hotel for long time. It provided the feeling of being home. Shiny and sparkling clean right at the entry. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast with plenty of choices and good location (walking distance to the Central park and shopping mall). However the real gem of the hotel is Aylin and her team. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Aylin is definitely a professional in the field meeting always our requests with a friendly smile. And Mussa who took care to serve me the best coffee. Thank you guys. Great job!

Great choice for central Adana.

Excellent hotel, the staff are most agreeable and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, and the front-of-house lady Aylin speaks English. Central location, supermarket close by too. Unfortunately I was there during a weekend- long COVID lockdown, so didn’t see much outside the hotel.

A great hotel in the center of Adana.

The hotel is in an upscale residential neighborhood in the city of Adana, where tranquility and safety are also very close to markets such as MIGROS&Sok Supermarkets and restaurants are close to the hotel The hotel is very clean, the service is excellent, and the staff is very helpful, especially Ismail who speaks Arabic and gave us a lot of advice to visit entertainment places in Adana. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit the wonderful city of Adana again.

The staff from owner to bell boys could not do enough for us they were attentive without being intrusive and always on hand when needed especially Billal who sort a small problem for us instantly.

Personeli ilgili, güvenli, internet super çekiyor

Otelin konumu çok iyi, restoran-kafe, mağazalar ve Atatürk parkı yürüyüş mesafesinde hepsi. Aynı zamanda bir ilkokulun hemen arka sokağı, sabahları cıvıl cıvıl çocuk sesleri ile başlamak çok güzeldi :) Tatil günleri ise çok sessiz ve huzurlu. Otel çalışanları ve işletmecisi her an destek vermeye hazırlar. Çok teşekkürler. Sabah kahvaltısına börek, bir iki meyve ve salatalık ile yoğurt eklemek gerekiyor bir de.

Cozy room

This was my second time at the golden deluxe. Cool, cozy room. Everything was as it was supposed to be. The complimentary breakfast was really nice. 10/10 will stay there again.

Gaziantep Gala

Outstanding hotel with helpful staff. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, the large shower and the easy chair! The breakfast was the best in Turkey for me so far; so much to choose from. The location is good, near the castle and other attractions. There is the tram right out the front door. Loved my stay at the Hampton by Hilton!
