"The first person I encountered checking in wss very pleasant, especially after I had drove a few hours. Everything was good but you could hear everything your neighbors are doing (glad I brought headphones for my laptop). The night before I was checking out, I was in the bathroom putting my skincare on my face and I happen to glance at the ceiling and the light had two medium sized bugs inside of it. Not sure if they were dead or alive."

"Very clean and amazing staff. Would have liked a microwave in our room. Keynote when using a CC through expedia and using a different card at the counter. Some how they try to charge both after checking in. Neither party excepts responsibility so check your account after leaving. "

"Great hotel! We stayed for 5 nights, and it was peaceful, clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has a microwave, and Trader Joe’s is just a 5-minute walk away. The neighborhood is really nice, with good restaurants nearby, and the train station is very close. We stayed here to visit Washington, DC using the metro. It’s about a 45-minute commute, but we were totally okay with that considering the price and the easy metro connection. We didn’t use any amenities other than the room, and we didn’t request housekeeping, so I can’t say much about that. However, I know you have to request it 24 hours in advance, and it’s available every 3 nights. Highly recommended! "

"Great expectations clean n friendly staff room very comfortable "

"Very dirty, door handle on shower wasn’t properly placed on and kept falling off when we gently opened it. Smelled like cigarettes everywhere even though most of it is nonsmoking. A lady out front stopped me saying “sir you don’t wanna keep your baby here, there’s rats” man at front checked us in with no questions so my wrong card got charged. When I checked out the next morning the front desk lady was on her phone talking to someone that wasn’t working sounded like a friend and just stared at me waiting for me to say something is was of holding her call. WILL NOT stay here again."
