"I had a really good stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Overall, I feel it was definitely worth the money.
The only issue I experienced was with the spa staff a two ladies from philippines I visited the spa twice to make an appointment, and on both occasions I felt uncomfortable because of the way the two ladies at the reception were behaving towards me. The first time, they were laughing and giving me what felt like strange looks while I was trying to book an appointment. The second time, they were speaking to each other in their own language and again giving me uncomfortable looks and looking at each other in a way that made me feel unwelcome.
I cannot say what their intentions were, but as a guest, the experience made me feel uncomfortable and put me off booking an appointment with the spa.
I hope the management can look into this issue, as the rest of my experience at the hotel was really positive. I would definitely recommend the hotel, but I hope the spa service can be improved"
