The owners are wonderful and make it such a great experience - they offer so many services (like beautiful breakfasts, dinners, yoga classes, wine tours, anything you could want!) and the property itself is so charming and relaxing. Has been our favourite stay so far on our honeymoon in Italy, not one detail is missed at Verdmont and it really shows. Grazi!"

"We needed a night stop for our journey from Switzerland to Genoa. We chose the valentino hotel with the breakfast option. I would say the breakfast and dinner was a bit of a disappointment, dinner was just heated up and not freshly made and yet pricey given the location as for breakfast it was very basic; croissants, cereal, and milk. The rooms were clean, the furniture is a bit outdated but still clean nevertheless. There was a strong smell of bleach when we entered the room, it could have been...

"This was a last minute booking, while driving on a freeway towards Milan, literally an hour before check in. But what a nice surprise! Excellent hotel, spacious restaurant/ bar which was still open at this late hour, and the man at the reception was so nice, and gave us an extra room complimentary, realizing there were 5 of us, and we'd be crowded in 1 room. Has a lift, balcony, free parking, excellent free breakfast. Apparently you can also get full board at their restaurant (we didn't use...
