"This place honestly looks like it should be condemned. It was disgusting. The walls are peeling, there were 4 different types of flooring in each room, and the bedding and towels were stiff. I checked for bed bugs because the place looked so bad. I’m happy to report there were none. "Quedamos fascinadas con el hotel. El servicio desde el momento que los contactamos por la plataforma hasta que salimos por la puerta, excelente. El staff sumamente atentos y amables. El servicio del SPA ni se diga, super profesionales y atentas. Ademas, el desayuno exquisito. Lo único que lamentamos de nuestra estadía en Cusco es que no nos quedamos todo el viaje en este hotel. Cabe destacar que intentamos continuar toda. nuestra estadía en este hotel. Sin embargo, cuando fuimos a separar por mas días, dispuestas a perder el dinero del otro hotel reservado, ya no había espacio. Fue lamentable, pero entendible que un hotel de esta calidad ya no tuviese cupo. Excelente servicio al cliente, excelente la limpieza, excelentes facilidades y hermoso hotel."
