"The apartment itself is OK! It’s whoever’s operating the place that is a complete disaster! The AC was not working when we arrived! And we contacted the person to fix numerous times they responded to us once with something that was unhelpful, and they never responded again not even when we purely asked that they prorate our fee so that we could stay somewhere else! DO NOT stay here!"

"The accommodation itself was nice. looks like photos, and is close to attractions. I tried to contact the property weeks before leaving to arrange both early check-in, as I arrived at midday, and check-in, which is from 1500, and also transport to and from the airport, it is offered at a extra cost via room. ibis Styles Catania Acireale

8/10 Good
"Basically ,it's a nice hotel with a many parking slots, but: It's far from the autostrada,so prepare for 15 minutes of city roads to reach the hotel 2 days the towels didn't changed. The shower and toilet area need to be renovated. As a guest of All hotels, the expectations were bigger than it was."
