"Staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly, The room was beautiful, the pool lovely. Unfortunately, the water was shut off for all of our last night (no warning) . Still no water in the morning - no shower- no face wash. Staff said it was the city. I think they should have adjusted our bill to somehow compensate for this major inconvenience. "

"Everything was good. Areas to improve: clearing breakfast tables could be more efficient and needs to be throughout breakfast rather than just at the end. Refurbishment of the bathroom: they are a little outdated."

"Everything was splendid. The only issue my husband and I had was the temperature in our room was hot. Because it’s not the summer, the A/C is controlled and couldn’t be turned on Cool. So the front desk suggested I open the balcony door and the room did get a lot cooler."

"This is the most beautiful hotel I have stayed at in the world. I look forward to coming back again as soon as I can. The setting is breathtaking, the renovated content is beautiful and the staff are lovely."

"Great rooms and breakfast. Super clean and spacious. Elevators are on the small size and the bathroom on the lobby area could use a renovation."

"Hotel room was nice and clean. Plenty of space. The pool was closed the whole time but we were able to lay out on the tanning chairs. The access to the “beach” was closed off due to not being ready for guests. We did not use the weight room but did visit it. Not much there but enough to get a small workout in while on vacation. There isn’t much near the hotel. We had to uber to Catania and Taormina for things to do."

"Bar was great, convenient and friendly staff. Front desk staff, Leo, was helpful and friendly. Clean rooms even if a little outdated. The area had a devastating natural disaster a few months ago so the area has a lot of construction which did not interfere with our stay."
