"The staff could not have done more for us. From the very beginning they were communicative friendly welcoming and when we arrived they were so warm. It was our honeymoon and they’d put some flowers in the room which was such a nice touch. The location is great, the room lovely (albeit not quite soundproof so bring earplugs!!!) we really loved our stay here thank you "

For us a highlight was being able to watch the New Year's Eve tradition of burning effigies right outside of our window because it is in a residential neighbourhood. "If you would like a quiet room, as the front desk. Was stayed in one of the rooms with a beautiful staircase, it meant we could hear the things down below, but it wasn’t too bothersome. "

"Casa San Marcos hotel was amazing! Such beatiful building ( was build in 1702) with all its antiques, arts all over and modern amenities for very special and unique stay. We felt we were staying in a castle two centuries ago though with all the modern day comfort and luxury."

"This hotel is beautiful. The room was very comfortable, featuring premium sheets and towels. One thing to note is that there is no elevator. This wasn’t an issue for us, but if you have trouble with stairs, be sure to request a ground-floor room."

Hotel was very accommodating and arranged for transportation from airport and on to our next destination in Mindo. Breakfast was cooked to order, plentiful and delicious. We ordered dinner one night and it was excellent too. Rooftop offers gorgeous views. "
