My team and I stayed at the Marriott for just over a week. We greatly appreciate the entire staff. From the Cheif Ms. Patricia who was friendly and accommodated our daily dietary needs, to the transportation Staff specifically Godfred who was kind, helpful and ensured we got to work on time each day. The warm welcome really made a difference as well as others friendly staff such as Abigail who helped to seat us together as a large team during meals. Thank you for your hospitality. I will surely return.
Can easily say one of my worst stays in 23+ years of traveling around the world. Service is one of the worst in any hotel, Rooms are small, food quality is terrible. They are just misusing the Marriot name and airport location to charge $400 / night. I won’t even rate it as a 3 star hotel. Had always stayed at Kempinski or Movenpick in Accra on my numerous trips and will happily return to one of those two. This property is a write-off for me.
As usual, just like coming home. It was very nice to go back to Marriott Accra. Staffs are very nice and really try to help! Outside private taxi drivers are vulture; so, watch out. One thing I would like to request is when I asked the door person to get me a taxi, he said they couldn’t. ‘Go outside the hotel’ really did not help. I hope they would be courteous like others to call me a taxi.
The overall environment was clean, facilities were in good condition and staff were courteous. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety and strongly recommended.
The property has a warm and inviting nature. Staff is extremely pleasant and courteous. I'm thrilled to have spent my time at the Marriott. I hope to return soon. A big thank you to Isaac and Sarah (cleaning crew).

Hotel is average. You can get better value for your money.
My room was moldy, but I was too lazy to repack and move. Service is unpredictable. They lost my laundry for three days. Food is average.
Location is good next to airport.
Likely will try other hotel next time.
Stayed a couple of nights, front desk staff were excellent. comfortable, very nice room arrangement (king bed), excellent and efficient for working. It was a really clean, calm place to stay, thank you!
