"This was my first time at a Bloom hotel and it was just Amazing , starting from the reception to the staff all the way to the room and the food , everyone was so helpful and made me so comfortable.. great job by every staff and management.. will definitely recommend this place to many .

"Overall a good experience. Only nit is they gave a deluxe room even though I had booked superior. They kept on promising to change it but never did, in a 5 day stay. Its possible we were out and therefore they didn't get a chance, but didn't feel like they wanted to amend the situation. And there was smoking smell on the floor, maybe from other rooms, even though we had booked non-smoking room. They should probably limit that to outside the building. Otherwise it was a good place and staff."

"It’s relatively new property. At this time, the rooms, service, and staff are decent enough for the money. Certainly suggest this place for your business trip or vacation travel. Breakfast is not bad but I don’t suggest to rely on lunch and dinner from my experience point of view. I hope things stay as good as today when I travel in a year or two and pick this place again."

"This is not a typical hotel but a hotel in the midst of a community residential area. Rooms are very good .Restaurant / bar and Gym are far better than the 4 star hotels in the area. I will stay there again n can recommend. "
