"No me pude hospedar, llegué y había alquilado todo el hotel a una familia grande. Me dijeron que no había habitación para mi. No me ayudó nadie en reubicarme en otro hotel, y fue muy dificil porque la reserva iniciaba el primero de enero y no había lugares disponibles en ningún lado .
